1 Day Rate
Based on a 24 hour period. Charges are for time taken, not time used. All prices listed are in
Canadian Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Failure to return on time
If you fail to return on the scheduled date, and/or fail to contact us to request an extension,
each subsequent day will be charged as 2 days.
Cancellations & No Show
All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled time of pick up from Art Square.
Failure to do so will result in a 1/2 day charge. If you reserve equipment and fail to pick up,
a 1/2 day charge will apply.
Deposit and Payments
. All rentals are subject to a deposit, the amount determined based on the equipment
being rented. In lieu of a terms account, deposits must be made using only a valid credit card
and a valid Driver’s License or other Photo ID must be provided. Cash or Debit deposits are not
accepted. The rental contract must be made out in the name of the card holder, who thus accepts
all liability.
. Charges will be processed on the credit card if no other payment arrangements have
been made. Your signature, as attached to the front of any contract, gives your consent to charge
rental fees, loss, repair fees or replacement due to failure to return equipment, to your card.
. Payment options are, cash, email money transfer, wire, personal check (need it 5 biz day earlier
for clearence), all credit cards with %3 processing fee.
